We hope you absolutely love your order.

If you’ve changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging where possible

Please Note

Due to the personalised nature of custom charm jewellery, Build Your Own items and personalised pieces cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number.

We’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
